1. How do I know which flavors are featured in a particular shop?
We rotate our flavors every month and some flavors are only available seasonally. If you’re looking for a specific flavor, ask your local shop manager if they’d be willing to stock it for you

2. Do Baskin-Robbins products contain nuts or other allergens?
Any of our products could contain—or may have come in contact with—allergens like milk, soy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, or wheat. You can always get information on product nutrition, allergens, and ingredients by viewing our “Menu” page or contacting Consumer Care at 800-859- 5339.

3. How far in advance do I need to pre-order my custom cake?
Our fully customized cakes take 24 hours to create.

Need one sooner? Call or visit your favorite shop and choose from a variety of cakes available for immediate pick-up, or select a Ready Now cake, available for pickup in 15 minutes (select shops only).
