    Where can I find Baskin-Robbins nutrition information?

    Nutrition information can be located on each product's individual page. Simply find your favorite product under "Our Menu" and click the “More Details" link on the product page.

    Is Baskin-Robbins ice cream kosher? 

    All of our ice cream flavors are kosher, except for Rocky Road.

  • 3.

    Does Baskin-Robbins offer no-sugar-added ice cream flavors?

    We offer two no sugar added flavors, please note these have naturally occurring sugars. Please check back as we often add new product flavors. Please note that flavors may vary by location.

    Does Baskin-Robbins have gluten-free options?

    Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Given the likelihood of cross-contact in our restaurants, this list is not suitable for people with Celiac Disease, a heightened gluten sensitivity or a wheat allergy.

     *Our definition of gluten-conscious means that the ice cream/ice/sorbet/frozen yogurt/sherbet/frozen dessert flavor is made without gluten-containing ingredients.

    Do Baskin-Robbins products contain whey?

    All of our ice cream is made using real milk. Since whey is a derivative of real milk, our ice creams contain whey. For whey-free options, try our non-dairy sorbets or ices, and frozen desserts.

    Do Baskin-Robbins products contain nuts or other allergens?

    Any of our products may contain or may have been further processed on shared equipment that may have come in contact with allergens including Eggs, Milk, Peanuts, Sesame, Soy, Tree Nuts or Wheat.     All monoglycerides and diglycerides in Baskin-Robbins products are vegetable-based (of plant origin).

    Product and customization options may vary by location. If an item is not available at a shop near you, we recommend checking other shops in your area to confirm availability.

    Why can’t I order some items for pick up tomorrow? 

    For a seamless shop experience, some items, like scoops, sundaes and beverages, are only available for same-day pick up. If you’re planning ahead, try browsing some of our other items, like pre-packed quarts, fresh-packs, and cakes & pies, which are available for ordering up to 30 days in advance.

    I submitted my order by mistake? How can I cancel my order?

    Once you complete your order, you will not be able to change or cancel it in-app or online. We recommend contacting your local shop to speak with a Team Member about your order.

    My order was incorrect. How do I get a refund?

    We apologize for your experience and want to make this right. To resolve issues with your order, we recommend contacting the shop to speak with a Team Member.

    Do I have to have a Baskin-Robbins account to place a mobile order?

    No, you can place an order as a guest! However, we recommend creating a Baskin-Robbins account to easily re-order your favorite products and gain access to app-exclusive deals and offers.

    Why did my order come without whipped cream?

    To preserve the quality of our products, we do not offer whipped cream on orders placed for pick up. Instead, consider adding a Whipped Cream Can to your order to add to your ice cream at home!

    Can I have my online order delivered?

    Orders placed on our website must be picked up at a Baskin-Robbins shop near you. Certain items may be ordered through one of our Delivery providers. Click here for more info on BR Delivers and to check if delivery is available near you.

    Yes! Baskin-Robbins has teamed up with DoorDash, Uber Eats, Postmates, and Grubhub to conveniently bring ice cream and sundaes right to your door!

    How do I find out if a Baskin-Robbins near me is participating in delivery?

    To determine which Baskin-Robbins locations in your area are participating in delivery, simply download the DoorDash, Uber Eats, Postmates, or Grubhub app or go to  doordash.com, ubereats.com , postmates.com, or grubhub.com, type in your delivery address, and you will see the Baskin-Robbins location closest to you.

    Can I get the same menu items through delivery as I can in-shop?

    Baskin-Robbins menu items and availability will vary by location. Additionally, to preserve quality, delivered items do not include whipped cream.

    Yes, most of our cakes allow you to choose your favorite ice cream and cake flavors, choose the perfect size, and add a special message. Just pick a cake design, choose your customizations, add it to your cart and tell us when you’d like to pick it up.

    How far in advance do I need to pre-order my custom cake?

    Our fully customized cakes take at least 24 hours to create. Pickup times may vary by shop. Need one sooner? Call or visit your favorite shop and choose from a variety of cakes available for immediate pick-up.

    What cake sizes does Baskin-Robbins offer?

    We offer ice cream cakes in a wide variety of shapes and sizes—from delicious treats for two, to themed cakes for big parties and gatherings. Browse our online menu to find the perfect one for your next event…or just because.

    How do I know which flavors are featured in a particular shop?

    Each shop carries a different selection of flavors. When ordering online, select your local shop and check out the available flavor options within your product selection, or swing by your local shop to discover new favorites. If you’re craving a specific flavor, ask your shop manager if they’d be willing to stock it for you.

    Why are there some flavors listed on the website that aren’t available in my local shop?

    We rotate our flavors every month, and some flavors are only available seasonally. If you're looking for a specific flavor, ask your local shop manager if they’d be willing to stock it for you.

    I see a cake I like on the menu. Why can't I order it from my local shop?

    Most shops are able to create an assortment of cake designs, but not every cake design is available at every shop. If you don't see exactly what you're looking for, please contact your local shop to place a custom order. Visit our Find a Shop page to find your nearest shop.

    Who founded Baskin-Robbins?

    Baskin-Robbins was founded in 1945 by two brothers-in-law—Burton "Burt" Baskin and Irvine "Irv" Robbins. They shared a dream to create an innovative ice cream shop that would be a neighborhood gathering place for families.

    The Birthday Club is a free program for our biggest fans. Join and receive special birthday offers.

    Is the Birthday Club just for kids?

    No way! The Birthday Club is for anyone who loves ice cream; however, you must be 13 or older to join.

    How do I sign up for the Birthday Club?

    Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! Simply create a Baskin-Robbins account in the BR App or online & complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)

    Is there a way to sign up for the Birthday Club other than the website?

    Yes! You can also sign up using the BR App.

    How will I get my birthday coupons?

    Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the Deals page on your special day to redeem! Birthday coupons are also sent via email.

    Can I redeem my coupon at any Baskin-Robbins?

    Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club coupons, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club coupon, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.

    Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?

    Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily. 
     
    Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members. 
     
    Please note: Primary account holders will receive birthday coupons for the whole family.

    After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

    Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account, make the necessary edits and then click “Update My Account Details.”

    I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?

    You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.

      How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?

    To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.

    Simply bring your Baskin-Robbins receipt with the validation code filled in to the Baskin-Robbins shop listed at the top of the receipt.**

    Yes. You can purchase standard gift cards in our shops and on the BR App, and custom gift cards online through our trusted third-party vendor, in any denomination between $2 and $100. Use your gift card to pay for purchases at participating Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ locations in the United States. You cannot use your Baskin-Robbins gift cards to purchase items online or in the BR App.

    Where can I buy a Baskin-Robbins gift card?

    You can purchase gift cards at a Baskin-Robbins shop near you. You can also purchase mobile gift cards in the BR App.

    Can I buy Baskin-Robbins gift cards in bulk?

    Yes. Registered businesses can purchase $500 or more in Baskin-Robbins gift cards from the Inspire Brands Corporate Gift Card Program. Visit here, or email bulkgiftcards@inspirebrands.com if you have questions about this program.

    Where can I use my Baskin-Robbins gift card?

    Our gift cards are accepted at participating Baskin-Robbins locations, Dunkin’/Baskin-Robbins combo locations and Dunkin’ locations in the U.S. only.

    Please treat your Baskin-Robbins gift card like cash. We cannot replace it if it is lost or stolen. However, you can register your gift card in the BR App to keep track of it digitally.

    No. Baskin-Robbins gift cards do not expire.
