    Is Baskin-Robbins ice cream kosher? 

    All of our ice cream flavors are kosher, except for Rocky Road.

    Does Baskin-Robbins offer no-sugar-added ice cream flavors?

    We offer two no sugar added flavors, please note these have naturally occurring sugars. Please check back as we often add new product flavors.

    Do Baskin-Robbins products contain whey?

    All of our ice cream is made using real milk. Since whey is a derivative of real milk our ice creams contain whey. For whey-free options, try our dairy-free sorbets and ices.

    Any of our products could contain—or may have come in contact with—allergens like milk, soy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, or wheat. You can always get information on product nutrition, allergens, and ingredients by viewing our Menu page or contacting Consumer Care at 800-859-5339.

    All monoglycerides and diglycerides in Baskin-Robbins products are vegetable-based (of plant origin).

    We recommend enjoying your Baskin-Robbins ice cream or ice cream cake within two weeks of your purchase. It won’t spoil after two weeks, but freezer burn could impact its creamy texture.

    Yes, most of our cakes allow you to choose your favorite ice cream and cake flavors, choose the perfect size, and add aspecial message. Just pick a cake design, choose your favoriteflavors, add it to your cart and tell us when you’d like to pick it up.

    How far in advance do I need to pre-order my custom cake?

    Our fully customized cakes take 24 hours to create.

    To change or cancel your order, please contact the shop from which you ordered. Some modifications may adjust your final price. Any additional charges will be due at the time of pickup.

    We rotate our flavors every month, and some flavors are only available seasonally. If you're looking for a specific flavor, ask your local shop manager if they’d be willing to stock it for you.

    I see a cake I like on the menu. Why can't I order it from my local shop?

    Most shops are able to create an assortment of cake designs, but not every cake design is available at every shop. If you don't see exactly what you're looking for, please contact your local shop to place a custom order. Visit our Find a Shop page to find your nearest shop.

    Who founded Baskin-Robbins?

    Baskin-Robbins was founded in 1945 by two brothers-in-law—Burton "Burt" Baskin and Irvine "Irv" Robbins. They shared a dream to create an innovative ice cream shop that would be a neighborhood gathering place for families.

    Where did the “31” come from?

    Baskin-Robbins "31®" was created to represent a different ice cream flavor for each day of the month. We introduced "31 Flavors" into our marketing in 1953.

    The Birthday Club is a free program for our biggest fans. Join and receive special birthday offers. You may also opt-in to our email program, or download our mobile app to receive offers and promotions throughout the year.

    Is the Birthday Club just for kids?

    No way! The Birthday Club is for anyone who loves ice cream; however, you must be 13 or older to join.

    How do I sign up for the Birthday Club?

    Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! First, create a BR account. Then complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)

    Is there a way to sign up for the Birthday Club other than the website?

    Yes! You can also sign up using the Baskin-Robbins app.

    How will I get my birthday coupons?

    Your birthday coupons will be sent via email.

    Can I redeem my coupon at any Baskin-Robbins?

    Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club coupons, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club coupon, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.

    Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?

    Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add children and other family members to their accounts easily.

    Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to four family members.

    Please note: Primary account holders will receive birthday coupons for the whole family.

    After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

    Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account, make the necessary edits and then click “Update My Account Details.”

      I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?

    You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our "Log In" page and click "Forgot Password". We'll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.

      How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?

    To remove a family member, log in to your account and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.

    How do I redeem my guest survey coupon?

    Simply bring your Baskin-Robbins receipt with the validation code filled in to the Baskin-Robbins shop listed at the top of the receipt.**

    Does Baskin-Robbins sell gift cards?

    Yes. You can purchase standard gift cards in our shops and on the BR Mobile app, and custom gift cards online through our trusted third-party vendor, in any denomination between $2 and $100. Use your gift card to pay for purchases at participating Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ Donuts locations in the United States. You cannot use your Baskin-Robbins gift cards to purchase items online.

    Where can I buy a Baskin-Robbins gift card?

    You can purchase gift cards at a Baskin-Robbins shop near you. You can also purchase mobile gift cards in the BR Mobile app.

    Can I buy Baskin-Robbins gift cards in bulk?

    Our gift cards are accepted at participating Baskin-Robbins locations, Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin-Robbins combo locations and Dunkin’ Donuts locations in the U.S. only.

    Please treat your Baskin-Robbins gift card like cash. We cannot replace it if it is lost or stolen. However, you can register your gift card in the BR Mobile app to keep track of it digitally.

    No. Baskin-Robbins gift cards do not expire.

    Can I get cash back for my unused Baskin-Robbins gift card?

    Baskin-Robbins gift cards may not be redeemed for cash, check, or credit, unless required by law. Use of Baskin-Robbins gift cards constitutes acceptance of these terms.
