Laneige Giveaway Official Terms
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, 13 or older. Void where prohibited. Employees of Dunkin Brands, Inc. (dba Baskin-Robbins) (“Sponsor”), its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, related entities and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse, sibling, grandparent or grandchild and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of such individuals are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules (“Official Rules”) and the decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this giveaway. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Visit one of these Baskin-Robbins store locations at least one (1) hour prior to normal opening time on July 15, 2025 (each, a “Participating Store”):

WINNER DETERMINATION: The first one hundred (100) eligible individuals in line at least one (1) hour prior to normal opening time on July 15, 2025 at the Participating Store, as determined by the Sponsor’s representatives in their sole discretion, will each be given a ticket redeemable for a prize. Limit of one (1) ticket per eligible individual. If fewer than 100 eligible individuals are in line, tickets will be provided on a first come, first serve basis as eligible individuals arrive at the Participating Store. Sponsor does not guarantee that all prizes will be awarded. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible individuals who participate.
PRIZE CLAIMS: Eligible individuals who receive a ticket must present the original ticket to the staff at the Participating Location in order to claim prize by no later than 1:00pm PT on July 15, 2025. Any tickets presented or received after such deadline or through unauthorized or illegitimate means or that are not original will be void.
If a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and forfeits the prize.
PRIZES (100 per Participating Location): Laneige Rainbow Sherbet Lip Mask (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $25 each). Total ARV of all prizes per Participating Location: $2,500. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person.
PUBLICITY GRANT: Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information, for advertising, trade and promotional purposes, in any manner, in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without further compensation or notification to, or permission from, winner.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Entrants release, discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, related entities and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective directors, officers, partners, employees, shareholders, representatives and agents and all others associated with the development and execution of the giveaway (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against, any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this giveaway, including any travel or activity related thereto and/or or the acceptance or use of the prize awarded or compliance or non-compliance with these Official Rules. Released Parties are not responsible for errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the giveaway, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the giveaway, the determination of winners, the announcement of the prizes or in any giveaway-related materials. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the giveaway or who are in violation of these Official Rules or who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Should any portion of the giveaway be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, including, but not limited to, if it’s not possible for Sponsor to determine the order in which eligible individuals arrived due to the unruliness outside of the Participating Store and/or the line itself, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the giveaway and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the winners as deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. In no event will Sponsor be liable for awarding more prizes than set forth herein. Any attempt by a person to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway may be in violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney’s fees) from any such person to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of these provisions.
THE GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA. PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS GIVEAWAY SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any giveaway-related materials or notifications and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
DATA COLLECTION AND USE: Any information collected in connection with a giveaway will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://www.baskinrobbins.com/en/privacy-policy
WINNERS LIST: For the names of the winners of prizes valued at $25 or higher, send a self-address stamped envelope, to be received by no later than 30 days after the end of the giveaway; to: Laneige Giveaway c/o Baskin-Robbins, 130 Royall Street, Canton, MA, 02021.
