| Part ice cream indulgence, dessert theater and test kitchen rolled into one, Café 31, which is currently under test, is the evolution of the ice cream experience at Baskin-Robbins. Customers enjoy traditional ice cream, made-to-order desserts, hot espresso beverages and other products created by in-house pastry chefs. First test store opened at Gillette stadium, Foxborough, MA Fall 2008. |

| The traditional store is an updated, stand-alone concept that typically ranges from 800-1,200 sq. ft. This store features all of Baskin-Robbins’ standard equipment and product offerings and can support drive-thru depending on real estate selected. |

| BR Express* |
 |
| Designed as a simplified, quick and convenient option for specialized, non-traditional locations in colleges, airports, arenas, malls, store in- store and other co-branding opportunities. A BR Express can operate in space less than 200 sq. ft. This concept is based a soft serve ice cream platform and may include novelties and cakes. |

| *Traditional stores and BR Express may also be built as a Kiosk to serve a limited or full menu to provide maximum flexibility to match venue needs. BR Express is also available for Store-in Store applications within a host environment. |
