How can I sign up children and other family members to my Birthday Club account?
There can only be one primary person (someone over the age of 13) on each Birthday Club account. Everyone else on the account will have to be added as family. Once you are logged in, click on "Edit My Account" and then click on "Add a Family Member." From here, you will type in the first name, birthday and gender of the new member. If you wish to add more family members, click on "Add Another Family Member."

How will I get my coupons?
Five days before your birthday we will send you an email to let you know that your coupon for FREE ice cream is ready to download and print. One month before your birthday we’ll inform you that your cake coupon is ready to download and print. Baskin-Robbins does not send out coupons via postal mail.

We collect this information in order to verify the child's age, send personalized Birthday Club e-cards, and provide other Birthday Club benefits (such as sweepstakes, newsletters, e-cards and special offers). Baskin-Robbins recognizes the need to provide additional privacy protection to children. Children 12 years old and younger may visit BaskinRobbins.com without disclosing any personally identifiable information. However, it is sometimes necessary to collect some personally identifiable information about children in order to allow them to use a feature of our site (like joining the Baskin-Robbins Birthday Club). How does Baskin-Robbins support its local communities?
Baskin-Robbins supports local communities in a myriad of ways, from our National Dunkin’ Brands Community Foundation to the schools in the communities in which our shops reside.
Our Foundation was created and is governed in partnership between franchisee and franchisor. Locally, our franchisees and Dunkin’ Brands employees work together to develop strong community partnerships and programs to support emergency response organizations - so they have the resources they need to serve our communities everyday - especially in times of crisis.
Franchisees get involved by contributing money to the Foundation or by simply serving those who serve our communities. This includes hosting a blood drive, contributing products to a bake sale or donating a portion of sales to select organizations.
Dunkin’ Brands and hundreds of franchised shops contribute to the welfare of communities by supporting local charitable programs and initiatives everyday. Our involvement ranges from sponsorship of educational programs in local school systems to Little League, and AYSO soccer teams, to community walks and other fundraising events.
